In the rare case that you do not love Eaton Coffee Concentrate (ECC) products, here is
ECC’s policy on returns and exchanges.

1. Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving only if the packs are in original condition and not damaged in any way.
2. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
3. In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, you must email us a picture of the damaged product.
4. Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on
   your original credit or debit card used for payment. Items that may have been damaged or defective will be fully refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the products back.
5. We aim to process all returns within 1 week. If you have any questions about your return, please connect with us.

7. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours from the date of placing the order.
